Motocross
WildTracks has hosted Motocross for over 30 years and is generally recognised as one of the best Motocross circuits in the UK.
We have 3 circuits – autos, beginners and adults. There are over 6 configurations of the adult course each of which is challenging and rewarding to ride.
All circuits are sand based, regularly changed to make them more interesting and superbly maintained. WildTracks have full ACU certification.
Safety first: We have 14 paid marshals who receive regular safety training; qualified first aid personnel on site and a dedicated first aid centre. Details of the equipment you must have can be found on the Stop Press page.
WildTracks have a Motocross Try Out School on most Saturdays with bikes of all sizes and we provide all necessary equipment. Half and full day sessions are available. Tuition is under the control of a former British champion. Pre-booking is required. For booking details see the Prices page.
Short taster sessions are available on a turn up and try basis on Adventure Days, which are held on the first Sunday of the month during the year.
Accessibility: There is a dedicated slip road with the A11 from the Cambridge/Newmarket direction and from the Norwich direction take the slip road off and through Red Lodge. Just look for the brown signs.
If you want to stay overnight we have full heated toilet facilities and a secure site. Just give us a ring to let us know you are coming on a Friday night, Saturday night campers inform staff when you arrive.
Our restaurant serves the best burgers, hot dogs and french fries and, of course, steaming hot coffee and tea!
Motocross practice runs pretty well every Saturday and Sunday. If there is no practice on any weekend, we put a message on our answerphone and on the ticker tape at the top of this website.
Club organisers who are interested in hiring our circuit for meetings should contact the office. Bookings are now being taken for next year.
