WildTracks works in conjunction with a number of experienced providers of management development workshops to offer you a convenient, cost effective, and varied day with each element complementing and augmenting the other. Your event will be hosted by an event coordinator and a qualified facilitator.

The level of involvement of your facilitator is determined by you in advance of your event, your input from the consultation also helps us to choose the best activities for your team.  Our employee team building event package includes a pre-event discussion with your facilitator, all activities and refreshments. Safety briefings and protective clothing are also all included, you just need to bring a willing team! 

The following is a suggested programme for a team of 10-15,  however, larger groups can be accommodated.  When you arrive at WildTracks you will meet with your facilitator to sign in and get a brief overview of the day before you start your first activity. Typically the morning will involve classroom based work, which might include some of the following: blindfolded shape game; rope activity; digital camera work; egg activity or golf ball run. 

After lunch you will move out onto the site for activities such as blindfold 4×4 driving. For this, our large paddock is marked out with cones around which the navigator must steer the driver who is blindfolded.  Participants are  divided into teams of up to four per vehicle with each vehicle accompanied on foot by the instructor. The teams are required to guide their blindfolded colleague around a tricky obstacle course as quickly as they can whilst avoiding the obstacles.

A team based archery tournament would round off your day, for  large groups of up to 80 the day could end with a karting endurance race, a team based kart race requiring each team to decide their own race strategy.
