Wildtracks Motocross Booking Policy.

Please read the following before clicking the BOOK NOW widget.

It is with regret that due to the increased costs incurred with running of a motocross practice session we have had to impose a slight increase in price per rider. As of today the cost of a ride will be as follows:

MAIN TRACK

125cc and above £ 38.00

85 & 65 cc (INCL Honda CRF 150) £ 33.00

50 cc £ 22.00

JUNIOR TRACKS

85 & 65CC (INCL Honda CRF 150) £ 33.00

50cc £ 22.00

Quad Bikes 80cc and below (Auto Track Only) £ 22.00

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have received your booking reference that slot is confirmed. We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel. If a cancellation is received BEFORE 12 NOON on the Friday before the booked date a £5.00 CANCELLATION FEE will be deducted from your refund. Should you fail to cancel or not arrive on the day then NO refund will be given.

On the day

There will be NO CASH BACK facility from reception, please ensure you bring cash. The spares shop does not accept card payments.

Carry over booking and the loyalty card system are suspended for the duration of these restrictions.

Rules that have to be followed:

Due to Covid-19 we have had to implement the following safety procedures:

– 1 non rider adult per vehicle will be allowed on site. 

– Only 2 people to enter reception at a given time.

– Use hand sanitizer before you enter reception

– Keep a 2-metre distance from other customers

-Once allocated a parking spot remain there for the duration of the day.

– Sessions will be split allowing a maximum of 30 bikes on track at one time

– Marshals will only assist you and break 2 metre rule in case of emergency

– Strict 1 in 1 out on use of toilets

– Obey COVID 19 Signage and one-way systems

– Parking will allow 3 metres between vehicles

– Follow government guidelines on travel to and from WildTracks (only members of your household)

– Gloves and masks are advised but not mandatory

Other information:

– Food and drinks will be available

– Any spectators will be asked to leave

We ask each and everyone of you to assist us by following the rules. If we all play the game we hope to increase numbers and ease a few of these restrictions over time.
